Beaded Eyeglass Holders
MATERIALS NEEDED:
- Glass beads
- Beadalon bead stringing wire
- 1 pair eyeglass holders
- crimp beads or tubes
- Needle nose pliers
- Wire cutters
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Lay out the beads in the pattern you desire. Eyeglass chains range in length from 26" to 30" long.
- Thread the bead stringing wire through a crimp bead and the metal loop on the eyeglass holder. Thread back through the crimp bead and use your pliers to flatten the crimp bead.
- String all of your beads onto the wire, hiding the tail of the cord inside the beads.
- After all the beads have been strung, slide the second crimp bead onto the wire. Pass the wire through the second eyeglass holder then through several beads in the eyeglass chain.
- Pull the wire until all of the beads are snug against each other. Flatten the crimp bead. Cut off the excess wire.
